THE ALTAR TASSLES

The golden tassels hanging at the corners of the altar carry forward the four-fold symbolism found throughout the temple. In particular they represent the four qualities of the Zelator–discretion, discrimination, discipline, and determination. They can also remind the thoughtful student of the four Rosicrucian admonitions, To Know, To Will, To Dare, and To Keep Silent.
